Cherishing Our Library and Our History

Over the years, the Montecito Community Foundation has provided funding for a variety of projects to enhance our community’s library and historical collection. These projects include:

• Purchasing furnishings, computers, and office equipment
• Making repairs on some of the library’s assets
• Implementing the digital archiving of the community’s extensive collection of historical documents and photographs

In addition, the Foundation has also funded remodeling projects and the archival digitization of the Historical Collection located in the Montecito Community Hall. 1469 East Valley Road.

The Community Foundation welcomes suggestions for new projects that meet our grant guidelines.
