The neighbors provided funding for two landscaped islands in the center of Hermosillo Road in order to reduce the speed of traffic on the roadway. The MCF acted as the fiduciary to receive tax deductible contributions from the homeowners. The funds were then dispersed in a grant to cover expenses.<\/p>\n
