Noticing the tired state of the community’s bus stops, the Montecito Community Foundation has undertaken a bus stop enhancement project, in cooperation with the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District (MTD), to upgrade each of the community’s twenty-six bus stops.<\/p>\n
Community members are encouraged to sponsor an enhanced bus stop for $3500 in exhange for donor recognition on the bus stop’s bench.<\/p>\n
