The Corner Green

A place where community gathers

Formerly the site of a Union 76 Gas Station, The “Corner Green”, at the northeast corner of San Ysidro and East Valley roads, was purchased in 1993 through the generosity of the Montecito Community Foundation and its donors, and converted to a park.

Today the Corner Green is a peaceful gathering place in the heart of the Upper Village to enjoy the sunshine, have lunch, or an event, or play with kids or pets , or quietly read a book.

The Montecito Community Foundation maintains the Corner Green for the pure enjoyment of community.
