Improving Pedestrian Routes

Through our grants program, the Montecito Community Foundation supports the Bucket Brigade’s efforts to make Montecito a more pedestrian friendly community, with safe and enhanced walking routes for families to enjoy.

The new walking path options are a welcome addition to our schools, parks, beaches and businesses.  The walking paths are community funded, cost effective, ADA compliant and add  to our primary walking corridors, with San Ysidro Road and Olive Mill Road as great examples.
