Village Fourth

The Montecito Community Foundation provides the seed money for the community’s annual Fourth of July Celebration and Parade at Manning Park.

The day starts at 7:30 a.m. with a pancake breakfast at Firehouse #1, 595 San Ysidro Road. 11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m.-the parade starts at Upper Manning Park & ends at Lower Manning Park. 12:30 p.m. -2:00 p.m.-food, games & live entertainment.
